During busy periods (sales events, holidays), processing may take up to 5-7 business days before your package is shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping:

  • Shipping Confirmation:

Back Orders

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your NaturesGLO products! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exchanges:

  • We replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@shopnaturesglo.com and send your item to:

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used essential oils.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

Shipping for Returns

  • FREE Returns:
    Returns are free for all orders within the USA and Canada. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
